WESCAP’s Andy Edstrom Published in The Wall Street Journal
WESCAP Group is pleased to announce Andy Edstrom’s publication in the Wall Street Journal (Letters to the Editor, September 13, 2017 issue). Coming on the heels of his publication in The Economist last year (WESCAP’s Andy Edstrom Published in The Economist), it is another example of WESCAP professionals influencing the global conversation about important financial issues.
Andy’s letter to the editor is on the topic of cryptocurrencies, including Bitcoin. The letter is a response to a feature Op-Ed by Andy Kessler, who is a successful technology investor and writes for the Wall Street Journal frequently. Kessler’s piece and a link to the online version are included below:

As with Andy’s publication in The Economist, this letter is truncated and therefore has lost some of its context. A full version of Andy’s letter (as originally submitted to the editor) is attached. His truncated and published letter is also attached, and a link to the online version is below:

Note that WESCAP Group is still investigating the cryptocurrency space and is not recommending any cryptocurrency at this time.
WESCAP continues to review many types of assets, though few pass the strict standards that are required to become recommended investments.
